We are located in the Historic Silver Valley in North Idaho.
We are conveniently located in Kellogg. We specialize in Asian cuisine, and then, sometimes a little something else!

just opened its doors the
beginning of June 2023!
Flavor Fusion started as a
catering business in 2014.
We have catered hundreds of events in North Idaho and
Western Montana.
Because of the high response,
we’ve decided to make
Flavor Fusion Catering and
Flavor Fusion Food Truck
a united front.
Our menu is comprised of Asian cuisine. We will also be
introducing weekly specials
from all different types of
cuisines at the food truck
